In a study where participants were asked to focus on things they were grateful for on a daily basis, they reported greater optimism about their lives and even felt better physically!

Infuse some positivity into your life with a daily practice of gratitude.  Our Free 5-day Gratitude Challenge is back by popular demand!  This online group challenge will give you a simple, effective way to cultivate a daily gratitude practice and reflect on the bright spots in your life through our online journal. You’ll be joined by a supportive community of people who, like you, have decided to take a step toward transforming their relationships and their lives with the power of gratitude. The best part? Our group gratitude missions take less than 15 minutes to do and add a powerful dose of inspiration and goodness to your life!
