Andrew Dunn (he/they - also goes by Ava Rose) is a social entrepreneur, mentor and writer who cares about creating a thriving future based on care, connection, healing, and equity. This winter, he will be reflecting on his 5-year post-mortem journey of building a celebrated humane tech product (Siempo) and living into the inquiry:

What awarenesses, capacities, experiences, values must we be nurturing our rising leaders with?

How can people find, learn, and integrate these without reproducing the same problems that we seek to transcend?

Andrew seeks to journey beyond the traditional startup post-mortem into the emotional aspects of bringing a transformational product into form, and his personal journey in that fire - spending as much time as he can learning about himself and the world, connecting with people and communities carrying different pieces of the puzzle that could inform how to steward new-to-the-world innovations in a time of transition in an omni-considerate way.
