Join our earth warrior training camp led by Dr. Paul Wang (Master Sifu of WingChun (詠春拳師傅)) to internalize the sacred virtues, principles and practice of martial arts. Connect with your body in new ways while channeling and alchemizing your attention, focus, strength and balance. Each day, we will embody a different element of Chinese Medicine to inspire our training (wood, fire, soil, metal & water).
This is not your typical self-defense class or martial arts training!
You will not only learn how to defend yourself and your energy more instinctively, but also apply these principles to other areas of your life too!
