Celebrate summer solstice with a gratitude and yoga boost. Summer solstice celebrates the beginning of summer in the Northern hemisphere and the longest day of sunshine. Cherish the ripeness of this moment with reflection, community, and sacred spirit-nourishing movement sure to leave you with a resplendent glow.  

Get inspired with a nourishing hourlong morning gratitude practice circle from 9-10 with Gratitude Blooming followed by a 45-minute grounding movement practice with Raj starting at 10:10 am. Raj’s vinyasa-inspired flow will help you tune back into your breath and body.  Experience more grounding, more breathing, more feeling into your body with a light sweat through lots of flow.

You will need a yoga mat, towel, or just a cleared/clean(ish) spot of floor to move on. The practice will be accessible for all bodies and practice levels.  No props are necessary but a pillow, cushion, or blanket is always good.
