Are you longing for a safe, non-judgmental space to reflect deeply on your life and to share a meaningful connection with others?

Our Saturday gratitude journaling circles are a way to get present with ourselves and connect with others around the joys and struggles of being human at this time.

Our group gratitude and journaling practice allows us to drop into a heartfelt space together, break out of autopilot mode and gain fresh perspective on our lives by connecting with nature’s wisdom.

Make self-care a priority by starting your weekend feeling more grounded, energized and inspired!

Our Flow on Zoom:

  1. Ground in the present moment with a visualization exercise or guided meditation

  2. Allow for a personal inquiry to emerge

  3. Receive insight from pulling Gratitude Blooming cards (you don't need a deck to join)

  4. Reflect, journal and share our insights (through the zoom chat or verbally)

If you are needing community right now, please join us. You just need a solid internet connection and an open heart. It's completely free and open to everyone.
