Joy, a gifted sound healer and forest therapy guide, will open and expand our hearts with a soothing community sound healing with crystal singing bowls to help us deepen into our dreams and visions through heart opening.
The sound/vibration/energy of alchemy crystal singing bowls can be impactful both physically on the mind/body and energetically on the subtle energy bodies.
Community sound healing is a practice that supports folks accessing the restorative rest our bodies need to be creative and to dream anew.
With breathwork and nature imagery, Joy guides us through a community sound healing to expand our hearts and receive loving-kindness through the bowls.
While the sounds are different each month depending on the energy of the season and the community that comes together, gentle attention is given every time to the heart chakra of each person who attends.
During this healing-centric practice of self-care as community care, we hold space to listen deeply to our hearts and allow our mind/body to get in tune with the next cycle of the moon.
We will then enjoy a guided intention setting meditation to clarify and amplify our intentions and also attract the support and resources that we need for the new cycle ahead.
