20% of our virtual wellness club proceeds will support our black wellness fund for sacred activists, healers, and facilitators to come to our retreat center in Mount Shasta for healing, restoration and rejuvenation. We want all frontline change makers and activists to be well-resourced for the loooooooong haul!
Join Raj in a pre-week yoga and journal flow. Using the nature-inspired Gratitude Blooming deck, Raj will lead us in reflection and movement to ground us in our hearts and bodies to wind down our weekends and set us up mindfully for our week ahead.
Raj will begin our time in a short reflection interweaving delicious, juicy (and accessible!) yoga flows to deepen our insights into our bodies. Then, movement will surface the insights of our bodies back into reflective writing time.
